Somerset Place enjoys one of the finest locations in this World Heritage City, occupying a south facing aspect on the slopes of Lansdown Hill.

Future Heritage are working with their joint venture funding partners to restore nine of the houses to their original form as townhouses. The remaining seven houses (which were bombed in the Second World War, and subsequently rebuilt) will be adapted as state of the art apartments and maisonettes.

Phase 1 is due to start September 2008 and Phase 2 in September 2009.

The project team comprises 14 specialist companies, using detailed research into the history and evolution of the buildings to inform the detailed design.

Bradford on Avon

A mixed use development is proposed for the 5.5 acre site in one of the West Country's most attractive market towns.

The western area of the site is dedicated to the provision of healthcare, with a proposed care home and assisted living units.

The Bakery, St Martins, Bath
